Among the many things to enjoy (if that’s he right word) about the HBO/Sky series ‘Chernobyl’ is the font used for the title cards. Apparently it’s a bespoke rendering of an old Soviet font known as Zhurnalnaya roublennaya. Created by the director Johan Renck (and his brother). Renck is a prolific pop video director (incl.
